Fantastic Rubber is looking for reinforcement for the workshop, but unfortunately we have not been successful in recent months.

This is unfortunately also in connection with Corona, because employment offices and job centers have stopped the placement in large parts, can not make personal counseling sessions and "may" also not ask for applications.

As a result, delivery times at Fantastic Rubber have steadily increased. Currently we need about 16 weeks for new orders to be shipped..

In the last 12 months, we have lost 2 employees due to retirement, and a total of 3 employees in the last 5 years. This is a remarkable situation for a relatively small company. In the meantime, the number of employees has decreased to such an extent that it has become existentially threatening, because with every employee who leaves the company, expertise and competence are lost.

So far, we have been able to compensate for this. The goal is to distribute the competence for all work that arises among several employees - but this also requires the appropriate personnel.

As a solution to the personnel problem there seems to be only one possibility: A hefty wage increase.

It should be generally known that latex clothing is very labor-intensive, and the wage component is the highest proportion of the sales price.
In connection with strongly risen prices for materials, energy costs and rents, unfortunately only a corresponding price increase remains to secure the existence of Fantastic Rubber in the long term.
