Sinse March 2021 New conditions apply for Premium and VIP.
The status itself does not change, but the premium status is valid from a turnover of 350€ and the VIP status from 1100€ (in each case including the valid VAT).
For a transitional period until 30 June 2021, we are handling the conditions in the interests of the customer, but there are no practical implications for almost any customer.
The impact is more on VIP customers, but here too we are handling the change in the customer's interest.
In the past, we have always put the customer's interest first and allowed the period of 12 or 24 months to apply if it was exceeded to a small extent.
