Changes from January 2023
Previously, we did not send the invoice to the customer until the order was ready for production. This will continue to be the case. What will change, however, is that we will issue an invoice for a deposit of 100.00€ when the order is accepted. This deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. If the deposit is not paid within 14 days, the orders will be canceled again.
The reason for this change is that we have received orders very often this year, which cause expenses in advance, where it later turns out that they were probably not meant seriously.
