There are important changes regarding the Fantastic Rubber repair policy from January 2015 on.
We are still reparing our products and products of third party companies, but not free under all circumstances as in the past.
With adding the new Premium and VIP status for our custormer you at least need a Premium status to further qualify for free repairs.
